The Company (defined above) relate to the Labelagesolutions e-commerce platform including but not limited to the web and mobile optimized versions of the websites identified by the uniform resource locator www.labelagesolutions.com (referred to as “Site”) and its mobile applications This document is a legally binding agreement between you as the user(s) of the Sites (referred to as “you”, “your” or “User” hereinafter) and the Labelagesolutions.com contracting entity determined in accordance with clause 2.1 below (referred to as “we”, “our” or “Labelagesolutions.com” hereinafter).
1.2 You may not access or use the Services or the Site and may not accept the Terms if (a) you are not of legal age to form a binding contract with Labelagesolutions.com, or (b) you are not permitted to receive any Services under the laws of Ireland and European Union (referred as “EU”), countries / regions including the country / region in which you are resident or from which you access and use the Services and the Site.
1.3 Labelagesolutions.com may amend any Terms at any time by posting the relevant amended and restated Terms on the Site. By continuing to access or use the Services or the Site, you agree that the amended and restated Terms will apply to you.
1.4 If Labelagesolutions.com has posted or provided a translation of the English language version of the Terms, you agree that the translation is provided for convenience only and that the English language version will govern your access to and use of the Services or the Sites.
1.5 You may be required to enter into separate agreement(s), whether online or offline, with Labelagesolutions.com or our affiliate for any Service (or features within the Services) (each an “Additional Agreement”). If there is any conflict or inconsistency between the Terms and an Additional Agreement, the Additional Agreement shall take precedence over the Terms only in relation to that Service (or feature within the Service) concerned.

2.1 If you are a user of the Site, you are (as Buyer) contracting with Labelagesolutions.com and the Company International Direct Greenlife Limited.
2.2 Labelagesolutions.com reserves the right, without prior notice, to restrict access to or use of certain Services (or any features within the Services) to Users, or subject to other conditions that Labelagesolutions.com may impose in our discretion.
2.3 Services (or any features within the Services) may vary for different regions and countries. No warranty or representation is given that a particular Service or feature or function thereof or the same type and extent of the Service or features and functions thereof will be available for Users. Labelagesolutions.com may in our sole discretion limit, deny or create different levels of access to and use of any Services (or any features within the Services) with respect to different Users.
2.4 Labelagesolutions.com may launch, change, upgrade and impose conditions to, suspend, or stop any Services (or any features within the Services) without prior notice except that in case of a fee-based Service, such changes will not substantially adversely affect the ability of such paying Users to enjoy that Service, except in respect of any Labelagesolutions.com Relevant Jurisdiction Users. In respect of any Users, Labelagesolutions.com and Company may launch, change, upgrade, impose conditions to, suspend, or stop any Services (or any features within the Services) without prior notice except that in case of a fee-based Service, such changes will not substantially adversely affect the ability of such paying Users to enjoy that Service.
3.1 As a condition of your access to and use of the Site or Services, you agree that you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations when accessing or using the Site or Services.
3.2 You agree that (a) you will not copy, reproduce, download, republish, sell, distribute or resell any Services or any information, text, images, graphics, video clips, sound, directories, files, databases or listings, etc. available on or through the Site (the “Site Content”), and (b) you will not copy, reproduce, download, compile or otherwise use any Site Content for the purposes of operating a business that competes with Labelagesolutions.com, or otherwise commercially exploiting the Site Content. Systematic retrieval of Site Content from the Site to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database or directory (whether through robots, spiders, automatic devices or manual processes) without written permission from Labelagesolutions.com is prohibited. You are cautioned to read such web sites' terms and conditions and/or privacy policies before using the Sites. You acknowledge that Labelagesolutions.com has no control over such third parties' web sites, does not monitor such web sites, and shall not be responsible or liable to anyone for such web sites, or any content, products or services made available on or through such web sites.
3.4 You agree not to undertake any action to undermine the integrity of the computer systems or networks of Labelagesolutions.com and/or any other User nor to gain unauthorized access to such computer systems or networks.
3.5 You agree not to undertake any action which may undermine the integrity of Labelagesolutions.com’s feedback system, such as leaving positive feedback for yourself using secondary Member IDs or through third parties or by leaving unsubstantiated negative feedback for another User.
3.6 By posting or displaying any logos, trademarks, service marks, brands, description/information in the product listings, and any other information, content or material on the Site (any of such information, content or material, collectively referred to as “User Content”) or providing any User Content to Labelagesolutions.com, and to the extent permitted under applicable law, you grant an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, and sub-licensable (through multiple tiers) license to Labelagesolutions.com to display, transmit, distribute, reproduce, publish, duplicate, adapt, modify, edit, translate, create derivative works using the User Content, remove any part of it (including, without limitation, the watermark or mark the User Content bears), and otherwise use any or all of the User Content in any form, media, or technology now known or not currently known in any manner, on the Site and for any purpose which may be beneficial, whether directly or indirectly, to Labelagesolutions.com, the operation of the Sites, the provision of any Services and Promotion Services and/or the business of the User. You confirm and warrant to Labelagesolutions.com that you have all the rights, power and authority necessary to grant the above license and the User Content and use of such User Content (including derivative works) by Labelagesolutions.com, under such license is free from derivative works) by Labelagesolutions.com, under such license is free from any infringement or violation of any Third Party Rights (as defined in clause 5.4 of the Terms). 5.3 Each User represents, warrants and agrees that (a) you shall be solely responsible for obtaining all necessary third party licenses and permissions regarding any User Content that you submit, post or display; (b) any User Content that you submit, post or display does not infringe or violate any of the copyright, patent, trademark, trade name, trade secrets or any other personal or proprietary rights of any third party (“Third Party Rights”);
5.4 Each User further represents, warrants and agrees that the User Content that you submit, post or display shall:

6.1 Labelagesolutions.com reserves the right in our sole discretion to remove, modify or reject any User Content (in whole or in part) that you submit to, post or display on the Sites which we reasonably believe (i) violates any applicable laws and regulations, (ii) violates the Terms hereunder, (iii) could subject Labelagesolutions.com to liability, (iv) infringes any Third Party Rights, (v) could harm the interests of other Users, third party or Labelagesolutions.com or our affiliates, or (vi) is otherwise found inappropriate in Labelagesolutions.com’s sole discretion.
6.2 Labelagesolutionsa.com reserves the right to cooperate fully with governmental or regulatory authorities, law enforcement bodies, private investigators and/or injured third parties in the investigation of any suspected criminal or civil wrongdoing. Further, to the extent permitted by applicable laws and policies, Labelagesolutions.com may disclose the Users identity, contact information and/or information regarding the possible Users account(s), transactions or activities carried out on or via the Site, if requested by a government, regulatory or law enforcement body or an injured third party, or as a result of a subpoena or other legal action. Labelagesolutions.com shall not be liable for damages or results arising from such disclosure, and User agrees not to bring any action or claim against Labelagesolutions.com for such disclosure.
6.3 Each User agrees to indemnify Labelagesolutions.com, our affiliates, Companies directors, employees, agents and representatives and to hold them harmless, from any and all damages, losses, claims and liabilities (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) which may arise from your submission, posting or display of any User Content, from your access to or use of the Sites or Services, or from your breach of the Terms or any Additional Agreements.
6.4 Each User further agrees that Labelagesolutions.com is not responsible, and shall have no liability to you or anyone else for any User Content or other material transmitted through the Sites or Services, including fraudulent, untrue, misleading, inaccurate, defamatory, offensive or illicit material and that the risk of damage from such User Content or other material rests entirely with the User.
7.1 By purchasing a product in the Labelagesolutions.com online store, the User certifies and guarantees that he is of legal age and has full legal capacity. The Seller will use and process personal information, which the User provides when purchasing, for the purpose of concluding and completing distance contracts. Please note that all information about the availability, shipping or delivery of a product is merely estimated information and contains approximate values and does not constitute binding or guaranteed shipping or delivery dates, unless expressly stated otherwise in the shipping options for the respective product. If Labelagesolutions.com cannot deliver to User because the goods delivered do not fit through User entrance door, front door or User staircase, or User is not found at the delivery address given by User even though the delivery time has been announced to User with a reasonable period of notice User will have to bear the cost of such failed delivery.
7.4 The products will be delivered in appropriate packaging, which will ensure confidentiality of the nature of the product.
7.5 Prices in the online store include VAT. Prices can be changed without prior notice. All stated prices are valid at the time of the order and are valid until the new price list is accepted. On the online store page, a regular price is posted which represents the supplier’s recommended retail price for a particular item, and an online price that is accessible to all online store buyers. Upon completion of the purchase, the User receives an order confirmation via email with all the details of the order. The Purchase Contract between the Seller and the User is concluded at the moment the Seller approves the order. From this moment, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the Seller and the User.
7.6 The Seller provides the Buyer with the following payment

Users’ orders are an offer to Labelagesolutions.com to buy the product(s) in Users orders. When User pace an order to purchase a product from Labelagesolutions.com, Labelagesolutions.com will send User a message confirming receipt of Users order and containing the details of Users order (the “Order Confirmation”). The Order Confirmation is acknowledgement that Labelagesolutions.com have received User order, and does not confirm acceptance of User offer to buy the product(s) or the services ordered. Labelagesolutions.com only accept User
offer, and conclude the contract of sale for a product ordered by User, when Labelagesolutions.com dispatch the product to User and send email or post a message to User that product has been dispatched to the User. User contract is with Company (International Direct Greenlife Limited). User provide his consent to receive sales invoices electronically.
7.8 Order confirmed
When the User submits the order, he is redirected to the website with a message that his order has been accepted. After receiving the order, the Seller will check it, check the availability of the ordered products and confirm the order on the registered e-mail address of the User. The Seller can also contact the User through the contact telephone number to check the data or to ensure the accuracy of the delivery. Upon confirmation of the order, the Seller will notify the User by email about the scheduled delivery date.
7.9 Order cancellation
The order is deemed to be confirmed if the User does not cancel the order. If the item cannot be delivered within the written deadline, the Seller informs the User by email address. The Buyer can cancel the order by replying to the email he receives when ordering.
The Seller prepares and dispatches the goods within the agreed time period with an agreed shipping method.
7.11 EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
The right to cancellation does not exist or lapses, as the case may be, in the case of contracts regarding:
- the delivery of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygienic reasons if unsealed by User after delivery, or which, due to their nature, are, after delivery, inseparately mixed with other items;
- the supply of goods made to customer specifications or clearly customized to personal needs;
- the supply of goods which may deteriorate or expire rapidly;
The Seller is not liable for any damage or injury caused by the use or misuse of the products in the online store offer.
When ordering products from Labelagesolutions.com for delivery outside of the EU Users may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. 8.1 Labelagesolutions.com shall not be liable for or required to pay compensation of any nature whatsoever for any loss arising from the unavailability, inconvenience or failures of the services or systems due to the following reasons: (i) system shut-down for maintenance; (ii) inability to transmit data due to failures in communications terminals or telecommunications equipment; (iii) systems failure and inability to perform its functions) due to force majeure events including but not limited to typhoons, earthquakes, tsunamis, fioods, power failure, fires, storms, war, political unrest, labour strikes, shortage of labor or materials, riots, insurrections, civil disturbances, terrorist attack, explosions, acts of God, governmental actions, orders of domestic or foreign courts or tribunals, non-performance of third parties; or (iv) suspension or delay of services or systems failure due to reasons beyond the reasonable control of Labelagesolutions.com such as hacker or cyber-attacks, technical adjustments or failure of the telecommunications department, website upgrades, third party problems or any suspension or disruption of transportation or business operation (including but not limited to delays or disruption of the resumption of work or operation ordered by any government agency) in the event of a national or regional spread of epidemic or pandemic.
9.1 Labelagesolutions.com is the sole owner or lawful licensee of all the rights and interests in the Site and the Site Content. The Site and Site Content embody trade secrets and other intellectual property rights protected under worldwide copyright and other laws. All title, ownership and intellectual property rights in the Sites and Site Content shall remain with Labelagesolutions.com and the Company, as the case may be. All rights not otherwise claimed under the Terms or by Labelagesolutions.com are hereby reserved.
9.2 "LABELAGESOLUTIONS", "LABELAGESOLUTIONS.COM", “INTERNATIONAL DIRECT GREENLIFE LIMITED” and related icons and logos are registered trademarks or trademarks or service marks of Company in the Relevant Jurisdictions and are protected under applicable copyright, trademark and other proprietary rights laws. The unauthorized copying, modification, use or publication of these marks is strictly prohibited.
9.3 Labelagesolutions.com may have independent third parties involved in the provision of the Site or Services (e.g., the authentication and verification service providers). You may not use any trademark, service mark or logo of such independent third parties without prior written approval from such parties.
9.4 To the largest extent permissible under applicable law, all rights, title and interest to all derivative work created by Labelagesolutions.com and/or its affiliates using User Content pursuant to the Terms shall belong to Labelagesolutions.com, which may be freely assignable, licensable or grantable by Labelagesolutions.com to any third party or its affiliates.
10.1 All legal notices or demands to or upon Labelagesolutions.com shall be made in writing and sent to Labelagesolutions.com personally, by courier or certified mail to the following entity and business address: Alliance Investments SAM, 7eme Etage Bloc AB, Le Panorama, 57 Rue Grimaldi, MC 98000, Monaco. The notices shall be effective when they are received by Labelagesolutions.com in any of the above-mentioned manner.
10.2 All legal notices or demands to or upon a User shall be effective if either delivered personally, sent by courier, certified mail, by facsimile or email to the last-known correspondence, fax or email address provided by the User to Labelagesolutions.com, or by posting such notice or demand on an area of the Sites that is publicly accessible without a charge.
10.3 You agree that all agreements, notices, demands, disclosures and other communications that Labelagesolutions.com sends to you electronically will satisfy any legal requirement that such communication should be in writing.
10.4 Labelagesolutions.com collects Users personal information in order to provide and continually improve our products and services. The types of information Labelagesolutions.com gather:
- Information from Users: Labelagesolutions.com receives and store any information User provide in relation to Labelagesolutions.com Services.

For contractual purposes, User consent to receive communications from Labelagesolutions.com electronically and User agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that Labelagesolutions.com provide to User electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
- Recognising Users when you sign-in to use Services.
- Displaying features, products, and services which might be of interest to Users, including ads.
- Keeping track of items stored in Users shopping basket.
- Preventing fraudulent activity.
- Improving security.
- Keeping track of Users preferences such as currency and language.
12.1 Subject to User compliance with these Conditions of Use and applicable Service Terms and User payment of any applicable fees, Labelagesolutions.com grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to access and make personal and non-commercial use of the Labelagesolutions.com Services. This licence does not include any resale or commercial use of any Labelagesolutions.com Service or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of any Labelagesolutions.com Service or its contents; any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
12.2 All rights not expressly granted to User in these Conditions of Use or any Service Terms are reserved and retained by Labelagesolutions.com its licensors, suppliers, publishers, rights holders, or other content providers. No Labelagesolutions.com Site, nor any part of any Labelagesolutions.com Service, may be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without Labelagesolutions.com express written consent.
12.3 Users may not frame or use framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of Labelagesolutions.com without its express written consent. Users may not use any meta tags or any other "hidden text" utilising Labelagesolutions.com names or trademarks without its express written consent.
12.4 If Users use any Labelagesolutions.com Service Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts and passwords and for restricting access to Users computer and Users mobile devices, and to the extent permitted by applicable law Users agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under Users account or password. Users should take all necessary steps to ensure that the password is kept confidential and secure. 13.6 Labelagesolutions.com shall have the right to assign the Terms (including all of our rights, titles, benefits, interests, and obligations and duties in the Terms to any person or entity. You may not assign, in whole or part, the Terms to any person or entity.
13.7 These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, and the parties to these conditions submit to exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Ireland. Application of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.
13.8 If Users breach these Conditions of Use and Labelagesolutions.com take no action, Labelagesolutions.com will still be entitled to use its rights and remedies in any other situation where Users breach these Conditions of Use.

Right to cancel
You have the right to cancel within 30 calendar days without providing reason.
The cancellation period will expire after 30 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods.

Please ensure that all items you are returning are unopened and in any original packaging. Unwanted goods need to be in pristine condition with any retail seals unbroken. Any items returned that do not meet the above listed requirements will be returned to sender and no refund will be issued.

If you cancel, we will reimburse to you all payments received for the selected returned items.
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

(a)30 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied; or
(b)(if earlier) 30 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
My order arrived damaged?
Although we take care to prevent any damage to your goods during transit it is possible that problems may arise. Please accept our apologies if you have received a damaged item. We ask that you do not refuse delivery, instead accept the goods and contact us immediately. Refusal may actually result in a delay of the parcel being returned. We request that all customers check their order upon delivery and notify L’Abelâge Solutions of any damages within 48 hours of receiving your order. L’Abelâge Solutions cannot accept any liability for damages that are brought to our attention outside of this 48 hour time frame.

There is a fault with my item(s)?
As the consumer, you are the person responsible for noticing if there is a problem or fault with something you bought and you must act quickly to tell the business that you have found a problem. A delay in notifying the business may result in the conclusion that you have accepted the fault.
Please notify L’Abelâge Solutions as soon as a fault is detected by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. One of our customer service representatives will then be able to advise you further on the matter. Each fault will be assessed on a case by case basis.
I’m missing an item(s) from my order?
L’Abelâge Solutions must be notified via email of any missing items within 48 hours of receiving your order. L’Abelâge Solutions cannot accept any liability after this period.
L’Abelâge Solutions cannot accept responsibility for any goods damaged or lost for customers who authorise the driver to leave in a safe place or with another party other than themselves.
All skincare sets are inspected upon arrival to our warehouse however, in the unlikely event the customer receives a skincare set with a missing item, the whole skincare set, inclusive of all its contents, unused & unopened where possible, must be returned in its original packaging prior to a replacement or refund being issued.
My order hasn’t arrived?
In the case of a parcel being returned to L’Abelâge Solutions due to the courier failing to make contact with the customer, a re-delivery fee will be charged to re-send the parcel. If the customer chooses to cancel the order in this instance instead of re-dispatching, the original postage and packaging cost covered by L’Abelâge Solutions will not be refunded.
In the unlikely event that your order has not been delivered, you can contact email@example.com and we will escalate the issue for you.
All missing deliveries must be notified to L’Abelâge Solutions within 7 days from the date of dispatch. Any missing deliveries outside of this timeframe cannot be replaced.
I've received the wrong item(s) in my order?
We have high standards when it comes to packaging your order however mistakes, do occur from time to time. Please accept our apologies if you have received an incorrect item. As part of our customer objectives, we will do our upmost to resolve your query with speed, ease and with absolute minimal inconvenience.
All incorrect orders must be brought to L’Abelâge Solutions's attention within 48 hours of receiving your order. All incorrect items must be returned to L’Abelâge Solutions unopened and unused in order for the correct item to be sent out. By opening and using the incorrect item(s) L’Abelâge Solutions will see this as an acceptance of this incorrect item(s) and no replacement item(s) will be sent out.
We will review each case individually when considering the return of the product; in some cases we may require further information such as pictures so we can choose the best course of action. Our aim is to provide the best solution for you as quickly as possible.

It is important to always ensure to read the labels for ingredients prior to use as these may vary to those listed on the site.
Always ensure you read the labels for ingredients and directions of use for all our products and samples to prevent an allergic reaction. We recommend a patch test to be completed prior to proceeding with full application. If an allergic reaction occurs, please seek medical attention and advice and discontinue the use of the product.

In some cases we may accept returns of products where you have experienced irritation or allergic reaction. If this occurs, please contact us so that we can determine the nature of the problem. Allergy returns must not be more than 20% used. For returns of this type, we will need to pass your name and contact details on to the relevant manufacturer, so that they can contact you regarding quality control if necessary.
No right of cancellation, refund or return exists under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 once you have used your product, unless the product is defective and you are returning it for this reason.
Do I have to return any free product(s) I received if I return my order?
Yes. If you qualify for any of our free product(s)/sample(s) as part of a promotional offer and have received these as part of your order then they must be included in your return. If you fail to return these free product(s), a full refund will not be authorised.
How to arrange a return
Please contact our Customer Service team to arrange your return.
We will need to know your order number, the item/s you want to return and the reason for return. Upon receipt of these details we will provide you with all the necessary information to arrange the return.
Please package the item securely and ensure a copy of your order confirmation email is included inside.
You will need to obtain a proof of postage receipt when you send your item to us. Proof of postage does not cost anything but without it we may not be able to process your refund or replacement in the rare event that your item is lost in transit. If you request a replacement and the product is no longer available, we will process a refund back to the original account used to purchase the item.
Any item you have accepted and then returned is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. Please therefore ensure that you send your item back to us using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
We will not refund postage costs to return items which are unwanted or no longer required. These costs will need to be covered by you, again we recommend using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
We will not refund postage costs to return any item due to reported fault where no fault was found in the testing process. Costs of posting the item back to you will depend on the item and will be communicated to you after the testing process has been completed.

All prices are quoted in euro and include VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current rate chargeable in the local country for the time being. Delivery is free of charge worldwide.
